واقع الحوسبة السحابية في مصر ومستقبلها

تتناول هذه الدارسة استراتيجية الحوسبة السحابية لقطاع وزارة الاتصالات وتکنولوجيا المعلومات بجمهورية مصر العربية ، والمبادرات التي قامت بها وزارة الاتصالات وتکنولوجيا المعلومات  حتي وقت تنفيذ الاستراتيجية ، بالإضافة إلي تناول محور الحوسبة السحابية  باستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة : رؤية مصر 2030 ، ثم التحول الفعلي للواقع المأمول بإنشاء قاعدة البيانات المرکزية ( عقل الدولة جامع البيانات ) بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة ، وتنتهي هذه  الدراسة بمجموعة من المقترحات للواقع الحالي حتي تصبح مصر من الدول المصدرة لخدمة التخزين السحابي کخدمة ، بعدما کانت تخطط لتکون دولة مستهلکة.
 
Abstract :
This study deals with the cloud computing strategy for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology sector in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the initiatives undertaken by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology until the time of implementing the strategy, in addition to addressing the cloud computing axis in the sustainable development strategy: Egypt Vision 2030, then the actual transformation of the desired reality by establishing the database Central (the mind of the state, the data collector) in the new administrative capital, and this study ends with a set of proposals for the current reality so that Egypt becomes one of the countries exporting cloud storage as a service, after it was planning to be a consumer country.
