الاتجاهات النظرية المفسرة للجرائم الأسرية

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاتجاهات المعاصرة في تفسير المحددات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للجرائم الأسرية، وذلك من خلال عرض نظريات نظرية التفكك الاجتماعي، ونظريات الضبط الاجتماعي، ونظرية الضغوط العامة، النظرية النسوية، ورصد القضايا الرئيسية لكل نظرية على حدة، ، والكشف عن القضايا التي تتناولها كل نظرية على حدة، وربطها مع موضوع البحث في تفسير المحددات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للجرائم الأسرية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أهمية وسائل الضبط الاجتماعي الرسمي وغير الرسمي في حل قضية الجرائم الأسرية ، ومحاولة الوصول لحل للجرائم التي تهدد حياة وأمن أفراد الأسرة وهي تأخذ صورا شتي وتتدرج في الشدة والأذى من الضرب والإيذاء البدني ليبلغ ذروته في القتل.
 
Abstract:
The study aims to identify contemporary trends in the interpretation of the social and economic determinants of family crimes, by presenting theories of social disintegration theory, social control theories, general stress theory, feminist theory, monitoring the main issues for each theory separately, and revealing the issues addressed by each Theory separately, and linking it with the topic of research in the interpretation of the social and economic determinants of family crimes, and the study reached several results, the most important of which are: the importance of formal and informal social control means in solving the issue of family crimes, and an attempt to reach a solution to crimes that threaten the life and security of family members as they take various forms It ranges in severity and harm, from beatings and physical abuse, to culminating in murder..
