بحثٌ يعتمد على المنهج التحليلي القائم على رصد أمثلة ملائمة لعنوانه. ومن أهدافه:
1-إيضاح ما في بعض الأحکام من قصور.
2-ترجيح بعض الآراء النّحوية، متبوعة بأدلّة ترجيحها.
ومن أهم نتائجه:
1-قول النّحاة: "إذا سُبق الضمير بمتعاطفيْن بالواو أَوْ بـ (حتّى) وجبت مطابقته لهما تثنيةً أو جمعًا" لا يصحّ على إطلاقه، بل لابدّ من تقييده، فيُضاف إليه شرطان:
-ألّا توجد قرينة تجعل الضمير لأحد المتعاطفين.
-ألّا يُسهم السّياق أو القاعدة النحوية في إفراد الضمير.
1-                      قد تُسهم النّصوص أو القراءات غير المتواترة أو مراعاة التيسير في ترجيح قول على ما عداه.

(Conscientious Conscience - judgments and pretexts) research based on an analytical approach based on monitoring appropriate examples of its title.
Its objectives include:
1-Clarification of some provisions of the shortcomings.
2-Weighting some of the grammatical views, followed by evidence of weighting.
The most important results:
3-The words of the Prophet: "If the conscience of the sympathizers of Alawao or even (to) the match to them Deuteronomy or group" is not correct to launch, but must be restricted, plus two conditions:
§      There is no presumption that makes the conscience of a sympathizer.
§   The context or grammar does not contribute to the separation of conscience.
4-The texts or readings may contribute to frequent or take into account the facilitation of the weight of the statement on the other.
