البيئة الاجتماعية والوعي القانوني للطالبة الجامعية:دراسة ميدانية في مدينة سوهاج

    تهدف الدراسة إلي التعرف علي العلاقة بين البيئة الاجتماعية والوعي القانوني للطالبة الجامعية , وذلک من خلال التعرف علي العلاقة بين المستوي الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للطالبة الجامعية ووعيها القانوني,کذلک التعرف علي ارتباط العادات والتقاليد بالوعي القانوني, والتعرف علي العلاقة بين  البيئة الاجتماعية والوعي القانوني ومدي وعي الطالبة الجامعية بحقوقها القانونية في مجال الأحوال الشخصية وما هي معوقات الوعي القانوني للطالبة الجامعية في المجتمع السوهاجي والتعرف علي  المقترحات التي تعمل علي رفع مستوي الوعي القانوني للطالبة الجامعية .
     وتعد هذه الدراسة بمثابة دراسة وصفية  اعتمدت علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي   وکان المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة ,واعتمدت الباحثة علي عينة عشوائية من طالبات جامعة سوهاج .وأعتمدت الدراسة علي استمارة الاستبيان کأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات .وقد  کشفت الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباط بين البيئة الاجتماعية والوعي القانوني للمرأة وکانت بدرجة مرتفعة ,

                                                                     The study aims to identify the relationship between the
     environment and the legal awareness of women by identifying the relationship between the social and economic level of women and their legal awareness.             The study was a descriptive study based on the social survey method. The social survey was by sample, and the researcher relied on the random sample. The study relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection..
The study revealed the existence of a relationship between the social environment and the legal awareness of women and it was high, and ranked first, followed by a relationship between the customs and traditions with legal awareness and represents a high degree, followed by the extent of women's awareness of personal status law and represents a middle degree and ranked third and final obstacles Law awareness of women has been ranked fourth.
