يسعي هذا البحث إلي استعراض الإتجاه النظري السوسيولوجي المفسر للآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لمبادرة حياة كريمة من منظور علم الاجتماع الريفي والسياسي. ينطلق البحث من نظرية رأس المال البشري الريفي على أساس انها تمثل توليفة من الآثار الثقافية والفكرية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تم تفسيرها من خلال منظور المعاني الاجتماعية والشخصية، والتي بموجبها يتحدد ويتحقق الجانب الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في المجالات المعنوية للمجتمع مثل الثقافة والتعليم والجزء العاطفي والنفسي من العلاقات الإنسانية. وانتهت الدراسة إلي تقرير حقيقة او فرضية جديدة داخل هذا الاتجاه تحديدا مؤداها "تفرض بعض المتطلبات الخاصة على جودة رأس المال البشري لدي المستفيدين والعاملين على المبادرة ضرورة تطوير كل من الإقليم الريفي في منطقة الدراسة، والاقتصاد بأكمله ككل في البيئة المحيطة". وهذا هو الأثر الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمبادرة الفعلية. 
This research seeks to review the theoretical sociological trend that explains the social and economic effects of the Decent Life Initiative from the perspective of rural and political sociology. The research is based on the theory of rural human capital on the basis that it represents a combination of cultural, intellectual, social and economic effects that have been interpreted through the perspective of social and personal meanings, according to which the social and economic aspect is determined and achieved in the moral areas of society such as culture, education and the emotional and psychological part of human relations. The study concluded with the determination of a new fact or hypothesis within this trend specifically, which is "some special requirements impose on the quality of human capital among beneficiaries and workers on the initiative the necessity of developing both the rural region in the study area and the entire economy as a whole in the surrounding environment." This is the social and economic impact of the actual initiative.
