احتساب المرأة المسلمة على غير المحارم

الحمد لله حمد الشاكرين والصلاة والسلام على خير المرسلين :
 
فإن للاحتساب شأن عظيم واهمية بالغة في حياة الأفراد والمجتمعات ، ولهذا ورد تقديمه على أهم أركان الإسلام بعد الشهادتين الا وهي الصلاة في قوله تعالى: وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتُ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ يَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَيُقِيمُونَ الصَّلاةَ وَيُؤْتُونَ الزَّكَاةَ وَيُطِيعُونَ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أُولَئِكَ سَيَرْحَمُهُمُ اللَّهُ إِنَّ اللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ) (التوبة (٧١).
 
وقد جاء هذا البحث لبيان آراء العلماء في حكم احتساب المرأة المسلمة على غير محارمها، وما ترجح منها مدللا على ذلك بما ورد في الكتاب والسنة وإجماع الأمة وبما كان من أمهات المؤمنين رضي الله عنهن وهن قدوة النساء جميعاً، وانتهى البحث
 
إلى جواز احتساب المرأة المسلمة على غير محارمها.
 
 
 
Abstract:
 
Muslim Woman’s Role in Ihtisab upon Non-maharim
 
All the praises and thanks be to Allah and peace and prayers be upon the best of all apostles, Ihtisab is a fundamental issue of great importance in the lives of individuals and societies. Hence, it is mentioned, in some cases, before the second most important pillar of Islam, i.e. the prayer. Allah the Allmighty, says in the holy Qur’an “ The believers, men and women, are Auliya’ (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another, they enjoin (on the people) Al-Ma’ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do), and forbid (people) from Al-Munkar (i.e. polytheism and disbelief of all kinds, and all that Islam has forbidden); they perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give the Zakat, and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah will have His Mercy on them. Surely Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. (Holy Qur’an, Surat Al-Tuba, verse 71)
 
The aim of this research Is to shed light on scholars’ opinions and rul-ings regarding a Muslim woman’s Ihtisab role towards non-maharim. Evidence from Qur’an, Sunna and consensus of the Muslim scholars is given to support the conclusion. Moreover, the Ihtisab role played by the mothers of the believ-ers (may Allah be pleased with them) whose behavior is supposed to serve as example for all Muslim women is presented.
