تهدف الدراسة الراهنة بوجة عام إلى دراسة المحددات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للجرائم الأسرية، الناتجة عن التحولات الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية؛ وتعد هذه الدراسة بمثابة دراسة وصفية تفسيرية أو تحليلية اعتمدت فيها الباحثة على استخدام منهج أو طريقة المسح الاجتماعى عن طريق العينة القصدية.
      واعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة علي عدة أدوات لجمع البيانات وهي : صحيفة المقابلة , الملاحظة المباشرة ، وأيضا على الحالات التى وقعت فيها الجرائم الاسرية في كل من  " جمعية رعاية المسجونين ببني سويف ، مراكز استضافة المرأة المعنفة، مؤسسة رعاية الأحداث بني سويف"، مع تطبيق استمارة المقابلة لهم ، وقد بلغ مبحوثين الدراسة (120) مفردة.  
    وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من  النتائج و التوصيات أهمها نشر الوعى بأهمية الأسرة والتماسك الأسرى بالمجتمع،  وأخيرا ضرورة تفعيل دور الجمعيات الأهلية ومؤسسات الدفاع عن حقوق المرأة في حماية النساء اللاتي يتعرضن للعنف في محيط الأسرة الاهتمام بزيادة الوعي الديني في المجتمع.
 
 
Abstract:
The current study aims, in general, to study the social and economic determinants of family crimes, resulting from social, cultural and economic transformations; This study is considered a descriptive, explanatory or analytical study in which the researcher relied on the use of the social survey method or method through the intentional sample.
      In this study, the researcher relied on several tools for data collection, namely: the interview newspaper, direct observation, and also on the cases in which family crimes occurred in each of the “Prisoners Welfare Association in Beni Suef, centers hosting abused women, juvenile care institution, Beni Suef”, with the application of The interview form for them, the study respondents amounted to (120) singles.
    The study concluded with a set of results and recommendations, the most important of which is spreading awareness of the importance of the family and family cohesion in society, and finally the necessity of activating the role of civil associations and institutions for defending women’s rights in protecting women who are exposed to violence in the family environment, paying attention to increasing religious awareness in society.
