تهدف الدراسة الي  التعرف علي الاتجاهات النظرية المفسرة للعلاقة بين المعالجة الصحفية والقضايا السكانية من خلال وذلك من خلال عرض نظريات الغرس الثقافي ونظرية الاستخدامات والاستمالات , ونظرية الاطر الاعلامية والوقوف علي اهم المفاهيم الاساسية لتلك النظريات والكشف عن القضايا الاساسية التي تشتمل عليها تلك النظريات والتعرف علي اهم منظريها  كما ان التعرف علي تلك النظريات يكشف طبيعة العلاقة مابين الصحافة بوصفها وسيلة اعلامية ذات تاثير وطرق معالجتها للقضايا والموضوعات السكانية وانتهت الدراسة الي مجموعة من النتائج اهمها ان وسائل الاعلام تغرس قيم ومبادئ خاصة بها داخل الجمهور كثيفي التعرض لها , ايضا تقوم وسائل الاعلام بعرض قضايا معينة مع التركيز علي الاطر المختلفة التي تبرز تلك القضايا مهما كانت اهميتها , ان جمهور القراء والمشاهدين ليسو ادوات ولكنهم يمتلكون ارادة حرة في اختيار ما يشبع احتياجاتهم المختلفة .
 
Abstract:
The study aims to identify the theoretical trends that explain the relationship between journalistic treatment and population issues through presenting the theories of cultural implantation, the theory of uses and appeals, and the theory of media frameworks, and standing on the most important basic concepts of those theories and revealing the basic issues that these theories include and identifying the most important theorists The identification of these theories reveals the nature of the relationship between the press as an influential media and ways to address population issues and topics, The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is that the media inculcate their own values ​​and principles within the public with heavy exposure to them, Also, the media present certain issues with a focus on the different frameworks that highlight these issues, no matter how important they are, The audience of readers and viewers are not tools, but they have a will Free to choose what satisfies their different needs.
