   تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الدور الايجابي لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (فيس بوک – جروب أنوثة التنموي) في تنمية المجتمع المحلية (محافظة بني سويف)؛ خاصة في صعيد مصر. حيث أجريت علي عينة مکونة من 400 عضوة من عضوات جروب "أنوثة التنموي" بالإضافة إلي إجرا مقابلات متعمقة مع عشرة حالات من المستفيدين من مشروعات التنموية التي قدمها الجروب؛ بإستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وبالاعتماد علي عدة وسائل لجمع البيانات، مثل: استمارة الاستبيان، ودليل المقابلة، والملاحظة، باستخدام نظرية دوامة الصمت، ورأس المال الاجتماعي، والتفاعلية الرمزية، باستخدام برنامج spss، ومعامل الفا کرونباخ ومعامل بيرسون في تحليل النتلئج الإحصائية. کشفت نتائج الدراسة عن تأثير موقع أنوثة التننموي في تنمية المجتمع المحلي، والاسهام الکبير الذي يقوم به بهدف دعم مشروعات التنمية داخل المجتمع السويفي، والدور الايجابي للقائمات على الجروب في مراحل التقييم، والمتابعة، ومواجهة الصعوبات والمشکلات التي واجهتهن في تنفيذ تلک المشروعات، وطبيعة المردود التنموي في دعم خطط التنمية داخل المحافظة

The current study aims to identify the positive role of social networking sites (Facebook - the developmental femininity "Onotha" group) in the development of local communities, especially in Upper Egypt. The study was conducted on a sample of 400 members of the “femininity  "Onotha" developmental group on Facebook” in addition to an in-depth case study of the projects submitted by 10 development projects and using the descriptive approach and relying on several methods of data collection, including the case studies, questionnaires and interviews, and a number of scientific theories, the most important of which are the theory of the spiral of silence, social capital, and symbolic interaction. The study analyzed the results using the spss program, ,the Alpha Cronbach and Pearson’s coefficients, the study also relied on a number of scientific theories, the most important of which are the theory of the spiral of silence, social capital, and symbolic interaction. The results of the study revealed the impact of Facebook on the development of the local community, and the great contribution it makes to the various means of support provided by the group to the success of development projects within the community, and the positive role played by the group represented in the evaluation stages used, until the completion of these projects, as well as identifying the developmental return from the reality of this in support of development plans within the governorate
