الاتجاهات النظرية لدراسة بناء القوة والجريمة في المجتمع المصري

تهدف هذه الدراسة بوجه عام إلى التعرف على أهم السمات والخصائص التي تميز مرتکبي الجرائم من أصحاب القوة الاقتصادية في المجتمع، والتعرف على العوامل المؤدية إلى ارتکابهم للسلوک الإجرامي، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أنماط جرائم أصحاب القوة الاقتصادية والآثار الناجمة عنها .
   ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة، حيث تم اختيار عينة عمدية أو غرضية من نزلاء مجمع سجون القناطر الخيرية الذکور والإناث من أصحاب القوة الاقتصادية. کما اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج المقارن حيث قامت بإجراء المقارنة بين أنماط الجريمة وأسبابها لدى کل من الذکور والإناث من أصحاب القوة الاقتصادية النزلاء في المؤسسات العقابية محل الدراسة. وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على استمارة الاستبيان کأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات الکمية التي تتطلبها الدراسة. کما استعانت الباحثة باستخدام أسلوب تحليل الوثائق والسجلات حيث تم التعرف على النزلاء من أصحاب القوة الاقتصادية عن طريق السجلات الرسمية الموجودة في المؤسسات العقابية محل الدراسة،.
    وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن صحة الفروض العلمية التي تم صياغتها لهذه الدراسة
 
Abstract
 This study aims generally to identify the most significant traits and characteristics of the criminals or perpetrators who are economically powerful, and identifying the factors resulted in committing criminal behavior, as well as finding out the patterns of crimes committed by the economically powerful persons and its consequences.
      To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher used social survey by sampling, as a purposive sample was selected among Elkanater Elkhayria prison, male and female inmates of the economically powerful. The study also relied upon comparative method, it compared types of crimes and its reasons among males and females of the economically powerful persons in the penal institutions studied. Additionally, the study relied upon questionnaire as a principal tool for collecting quantitative data required by this study. As well as, the study used content analysis of documents and records benefited to identify the economically powerful inmates through the formal records available in penal institutions studied.
