قيم المواطنة في المنهج الدراسي السعودى : تحليل مضمون منهج الدراسات الاجتماعية والوطنية

تتخذ وسائل تشکيل العقل في عصر العولمة أشکالاً متنوعة، ويعد المنهج الدراسي واحداً من أهم تلک الوسائل، لأن الفرد في المجتمع لم يکن له خياراً في اختياره أو ترکة، کذلک لا يحمل المنهج بين طياته مواد تهدف إلى تغييب العقول مثل بعض الوسائل الأخرى، ثم أن الطالب يؤدى فيه امتحاناً مما يضفي عليه صفة الإلزام. ومن هنا حاولت الدراسة التعرف على قيم المواطنة التي يحملها منهج الدراسات الاجتماعية والوطنية للصف الثالث من مرحلة التعليم المتوسط من خلال وحدات تحليل المحتوى: المساحة، الموضوع، الکلمة أو الرمز. کذلک ربط المنهج فکرة واجبات المواطن بالشريعة الإسلامية، کما تناول المشارکة المجتمعية، والدمج المؤسساتي وتحمل المسئولية الاجتماعية، وتقبل الآخر والمساواة بين المسلمين وغيرهم في الحقوق والواجبات. وأوصت الدراسة : بزيادة المساحة والموضوع والکلمات والرموز الداعمة لقيم المواطنة والانتماء ونبذ التطرف والعنف ومقاومة الارهاب.
 
Abstract
Means of mind formation in the globalization era take a variety of forms. The school curriculum is considered as one of the most important of these means. This is because an individual in the society does not have an option in choosing or leaving that curriculum. Moreover, the curriculum does not include subjects that aim at brain washing like some other means. Furthermore, the student goes through exams in that curriculum which makes it binding to him/her. Hence, this study tries to identify the citizenship values that are included in the social and national studies curricula in the third grade of the middle school education stage through elements of content analysis: space, topic, word or symbol.Drawing conclusions:.The curricula connects the idea of the duties of a citizen to Islamic Shari’a Law. It also deals with community participation, institutional integration, bearing social responsibility, accepting the other, equality between Muslims and other elements related to rights and duties.The study recommends: Increase, subject, words in support of the values of citizenship and symbols space and belonging and rejection of extremism, violence and countering terrorism.
