تتناول الدراسة تحرکات اللاجئين اليمنيين من منظور الجغرافيا السياسية، وذلک باستعراض تطور تلک التحرکات واتجاهاتها، وانعکاسات تلک التحرکات على کافة الصعد، والسياسات المتبعة لمجابهة تلک التحرکات.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم استخدام عددًا من المناهج البحثية؛ کالمنهج التاريخي، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، فضلاً عن استخدام بعض الأساليب المختلفة کالأسلوب الکمي والکارتوجرافي المعتمد على برمجيات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية لتصميم مجموعة من الخرائط للمساعدة في عرض وإظهار نتائج الدراسة.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن ذلک اللجوء قد أفضي إلى خلق تداعيات متعددة على دولة المنشأ "اليمن"، وعلى الدول المضيفة، مما يستدعي مجابهته إقليميًا ودوليًا وضرورة معالجة النزاع القائم في اليمن.
Abstract
The study examines the Yemeni asylum from a Political Geography perspective by reviewing the evolution of Yemeni Refugee movements, the trends of such movements, the Implications of these movements at all levels, and the policies adopted to counter these movements.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a number of research approaches were used, such as historical and descriptive analytical approaches, as well as the use of different methods such as quantitative and cartographic method based on GIS software to design a set of maps to help display and show the results of the study.
The study concluded that this asylum has led to the creation of multiple repercussions on the country of origin, "Yemen", and the host countries, which calls for confrontation regionally and internationally and the need to address the conflict in Yemen.
